Looking for used vinyl cutting equipment/software

I'm looking for a used vinyl cutting system. Would not need a computer but the cutter and software. Looking for something 30" or less in width in good, working condition. I'm in Minnesota so could possibly arrange pick up in the midwest. Thank you.
