if they are a reg, HEV style letter you will use 34' of LEDS per letter but (M) (W) will take 45' that is if you triple stroke the letters
you should get more quotes and compair what type of construction they are providing.
send your project to me and I can give you a quote with spec sheet
that way you can see if you are getting riped or not.
