2 sided backlit sign box to be hung in window

I am looking for a bright 2 sided baclkit sign box that can be hung in a window. Aprrox 24" x 24" Is floresent or LED the way to go. Ordered one from Bowman Displays but it is not very bright. Any one have another suggestion? Thanks Dom
