flexi sign 7.6

what do you do when you find yourself with a flexi sign dongle a new pc and you cant get your software cd to work any more. cd seems to be scratched any ideas where i can get a cd of flexi sign 7.6 have dongle and my id numbers

We've called the folks at Flexi and got replacement CD's in the past as long as you have the serial number.

Sometimes it DOES work to copy/burn your Flexi files from your pc to a cd and then trying to reinstall from the new cd. (I know it shouldn't work, but some versions do...believe it or not. It's worth a try, right?)

Maybe try to copy the scratched CD to a new one, that could possibly work, too.

I haven't had to have a cd replaced, but needed a new dongle. I gave them the serial number and the sent a new one. They had me send the broken dongle back before they would send out the new one though.
