I was the Art Director, and ONLY designer, for a 7 salesman team at a sign company here in Las Vegas.
The design presentations I created included but was not limited to; concept sketches, call-outs, detailed lined drawings and perspectives, site plans, master sign plans, as well as full color renderings. I had to specify colors, construction and all materials included in designs. I would make sure all measurements were accurate and all legalities were met. I maintained an open communication w/ the Estimating, Production and Sales Departments to consistently work within budgets and outlines dictated by the client or Account Executives.
I continue to be current and innovative with design trends as the relate to materials, colors, and construction techniques.
I am currently seeking some freelance design work I could do from my home. I have all the equipment and programs needed to satisfy the sign design industry for all design and production ready artwork.
Im not just a designer... Im a designer that can actually design a sign that can be built. I have all the understanding and know-how of constructing a sign. I have worked w/ message (zip) tracks, pylons, faces, Illuminated and Non-Illuminated cabinets, Pan channels, reverse channels & open channels, l.e.d. units, exposed neon, m.d.o. signs, way finding...etc. You name it, ive done it.
So, please let me know if I there is anything I could help you with. Whether it be "Anything" Vectorized, Cleaned-up, Designed, Concept to finish, Imposed, Made production ready...ETC.
