I am a 15 year + sign maker that sold his business 4 years ago. I am amazed how hard it is to find a company that keeps it's word to customers and employees.
If a company hires me I guarantee the work is done on time and right the first time.
I'm tired of working for companies that can't deliver because they are financially unstable and have to use the next customers deposit to pay for the lasts materials...
I care about the sign industry....I love to make signs while making a decent wage that is fair.
Willing to relocate if the situation is right....
Action Graphics & Signs, Inc. & AG Wraps is looking for a highly motivated and hard working individual to fill the position of production manager. This job is NOT a Graphic Design position!
Duties would include:
manufacture & install various types of signs and vehicle wraps
run digital printers & plotters
run sign programs
time management of production staff
participate in promotional actvities with the entire staff
This is a skilled trade and requires experiance.
We are only seeking an individual that is looking for a career in a fast paced fun working environment. Every job is on a strict deadline and it is vital that every staff member offers solutions to problems, is willing to work late when neccessary, is excited about their job, is willing to participate in staff promotional activities, and is overall an asset to our company.
