Hi, first post here. I recently purchased a 4-line RGY LED display from eBay for $200 and it has a display area of 128x32 LED's. The sign is great when it works but there are 2 major flaws: 1.) it suddenly stops responding to the IR remote during programming, and 2.) my laptop doesn't recognize the RS-232 connection when I run the sign's software, even after I updated the drivers. Also, the sign has no manufacturer's tag/label. The only info I have is the sign's powerup info that reads "VER 7.33 F32X_MP". The only way to program it is to unplug and start over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
