Why doesn't the people with litek equipment call litek for suport??

I've been trying to find a way to contact litek. Searches don't even work. I have the litek software but no manuals. Connection is made with a modular jack from a PC to the unit. But I get "Can't wake up target display". Manuals would at least help with port settings and such.
