Hi-Lite moving Message manual needed

Hi,

I have found a moving message system in tha basement of a building my company bought. it was in a box and never opend. All the stuff like keypad was inside the box but the manual was in chinees. As my chinees is rusty (lol) i'm loking for a manual in englisch.

Ther's no model number on the tag. Only Hi-Lite Moving Message. The customs stamp on the box says 16-10-1996 so I think that's the date it came into Belgium.

Does anybody has more information or a manufacture site for this product?

It appears that 1996 would be about the right time frame for it, give or take. It works perfectly, but no one here knows how to program it. (The same message has been on it for over 5 years.) Any help? Thanks.
