I have a customer who is building a pylon sign on his property for the purpose of leasing the spaces to restaurants and stores on the property below. He is looking to lease eight tenant panels and needs a contract to issue to each. If anyone out there has one, it would really help me make this much needed sale. Any help is greatly appreciated.
