MANUFACTURING TEAM LEAD

We are seeking a MANUFACTURING TEAM LEAD to be primarily responsible for the leadership of the Graphics Department.

Duties include:
• Implements policies and procedures and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• Reviews schedules, plans, and assigns work tasks.
• Communicates to other departments on product readiness and timelines for completion.
• Supervises departmental performance measures and provides regular reports to manager.
• Maintains proper inventory levels.
• Coaches and counsels employees as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years sign industry experience required.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet navigation preferred.
• Must be well organized, self-directed, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be decisive, quality focused and detail oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
