Color-Ad INC, a national leader in the signage and Museum Exhibit industry, is seeking a full time CNC Router Operator/Programmer for busy plant in Manassas,VA.
Seeking a dependable self-starter capable of working independently or as a member of a team to operate our Multicam router machines. Candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Enroute software. Job responsibilities include but are not limited too:
1. Mechanically inclined and understand Architectural Signage products and Exhibit components.
2.Ability to follow production schedule and complete projects within budgeted labor hours for each project.
3. Independently Operate computer controlled CNC router machine and have complete knowledge of tooling and cutting bits.
4. Knowledge in Enroute software for machine tool-path required.
5. Ability to operate Corel Draw a plus but not necessary.
5. Detail oriented and able to intrepret CAD and Corel drawings.
6. Ability to set-up files for CNC, Multi Axis control.
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines
8. To be able to implement and follow Quality Control measures for all CNC operations.
