For many years now I have been searching for a company that can provide custom over sized materials. Mostly Alucobond or Di Bond type materials. Anything light weight and over the 5 ft barrier other than sheet aluminum. Does anyone know of a company willing to take on that type of market?

The companys that mfg the products, that you are looking for, will make different size runs..
But the catch is you have to purchace X amount
what we use to do before the great melt down was get as many compaines together and purchace in bulk
take the company that makes Dibond they probaly run 96" lines to produce the sheet if you look at the configure of the sheet sizes avaliable 4x8 4x10 4x12 4x16 8' plus wide coils 0.28 = a 8' wide line for production trim and cut the 8' way you produce 4x8 sheet sizes split the 8' way and you have two 4x10 and so on.
I know spartec runs what they call there 10' line we purchace coil that size in the past.
If you purchace enought material the mfg will take your order they are not that loyal.. and you just by passed the Distb. and cut there mark up out completely so you just started to save money there.. and it goes on from there..
start a new website where sign compaines get together and buy bulk everything
The MFG will break up the order and ship to different locations they do it now for the sign supply compaines that have more than one location.
