& Channel Letters. These People Had The Audacity To Tell
Me That I Did Not Have The Qualifications To Be A Fabricator
With Their Firm , Not To Mention , They Suggested That I Get
In Touch With Their Southern Calif. Division In Order To Check Into An Entry/Level Position . Just What In The Hell Do You Have
To Do or Have In Order To Secure A Decent Position These Days.
I Have A Close Signer Friend In The Carolina,s Said He Had A Same Experience With Them Last Year. Granted You Can't Judge
A Book By It's Cover. But This Is Real Scary That Some Human
Relations Director Can Judge Your Life-Time Craft From A Few
Photo Files. Just What Do These Sign Companies Expect
Anyway , Just Off The Turnip Wagon Sign Fabricators or
Seasoned Professionals . You Get What You Pay For. This
Really Ticks Me Off . I Been Out Of Work For Almost Two Years

EVEN BOTHER With Contacting Coast Signs They Got Their
Heads So Buried Where The Sun Don't Shine It's Not Worth

The truth about Coast is they're just unique. They don't do that bad of work and have made headway into the retail market for some time now. That's primarily due to 2 people on their team.
Their management style obviously isn't what you're used to but on some of your points I agree. However, they're not a bad company overall.... again, they just run a different program than you're used to.
I've spoken with them on occasion, but after learning more about how they do things I knew it wasn't a good fit. Move on and get with a team you like and want to be a part of.
And for the record, their clients are not unhappy with their service any more than the next guy. They do a a decent job in their niche. Outside of that.....well it's not their niche.

maybe it had nothing to do with experience....maybe that was just what they told you for some reason.....or....maybe you're too expensive and their looking to get someone at a cheaper rate with the times....
