I know of a couple of guys here in Vegas that sent resumes in response to their post on the "Help Wanted" section, seasoned veteran really good installers and service guys and got no answer what so ever, if the job's been filled, or what. So in answer to your question I have no idea what they do, how or if they pay, all I can say is they don't return e-mails or phone calls. Why take the time to post, if you don't have the time to respond?

One of the guys that sent a resume in drove out to see them. Not so good, said that they were re-hiring some one that left the company. Doesn't sound like a very stable type company, not sure, just my opinion. You post, ask for help, and nothing, seems like the way it goes now-a-days.
