Don't do any work for this people. They get you on the phone and ask you to do a basic survey from the ground with photos. You send it to them and then all of a sudden they need more info. Now they want that info right away and if they don't get it they cancel the PO.
Scammers.....They probably were not going to pay anyways.

Illumatech is well known for being fair. We are probably one of the few sign companies that actual pay at net 30, not 60 or 90. When we place an order with a subcontractor we do expect the work to be done in a timely manner. A PO was issued to Ace Signs, in Springfield MA to survey LED outages on a store on 3/8. Jim Jr said he was going to "drive by" and look at it at night. The next day he said that there was approximately 65' of LED out. I asked him to give me a full survey as called out in his PO. "survey outages, good photos of all, take measurements and give price to repair and price to disconnect". Pretty clear. He told me I would have my survey on Monday, 3/15. No survey. I called for him several times and then learned he had gone on vacation and no one knew anything about it. This company did try to clean up his oversight, but no one ever read the PO and gave me what I needed. I DID cancel his PO and found another sub who went out and took care of my survey the same day.
