Anybody got any message centers from these people lately? I've been waiting for mine for 7 weeks now sent check last week for full payment cause was told like usual that they needed the final sum to ship sign...now I call today because its been over a week and now they are telling me there is an issue with some part. So i'm like wait a minute you just told me send final payment installment cause sign was ready now there is an issue with a part. Anyway I thought I read on here some few week s back about someone else having a bad deal with these people ughhhh!!!! this is only the second time in 10 years dealing with this company I usually deal with Dak And Time-o-matic with no issues at all and I usually get my signs from these two companies in 3 or 4 weeks.

Thank you for the response...just got a fax from the Chief exec. officer of Hi Tech and now I am being told my sign will ship on Sept 12. if this deadline cannot be reached they say they will give me a full refund. All I can say this is the last time to deal with these guys. The only reason this time is because when I was at the Vegas show I was given a card with 1000.00 of my next purchase. well of course I got the best price I could out of them then hit em with the 1000.00 off

Hitech has gone out of business. I can't remember what their new name is, but the owners have finally sold. You can PM me if you want the long and ugly story. I worked their up until 2007, but I managed to get off that sinking ship...
