DEAD BEAT NON-PAYING SIGN CO.

If you get a call from APSC OUTDOOR SIGNAGE out of Apple Valley, MN stay away unless you get your money up front. If you do work for them you want get paid. Salesman called me and said he was quitting because owner would not pay subs.

If you no of other deadbeat sign companies list them here so no one else gets ripped off.
