Has anyone had issues with the Arete Notcher? I am having issues with the touch screen not working properly. Is there anyone who has taken over servicing these machines?

We use a general equipment repair and maintenance company. But there is a calibration program in the windows area if that is the problem or if it is worn out,the screen needs to be replaced. I doubt if the screen was manufactured by Arete so replacements should be available. You should also be able to plug in a keyboard and tab through selections maybe. I haven't needed to do that with the arete but I have used it for the auto brake. The last time I had an Arete question I got a number of a guy who used to work there he did answer my question but has changed careers.

Like you said... I am awaiting the new screen after finding a guy who used to work there.
Thank you. Jason
