8' -10' window Edgelit

I have a project that will involve either sandblasting or possibly applying vinyl to an 8 or 10' window and the client would like this to show up at night (and during the day) and they saw a disply that had led's running along the bottom of the mullion. Has anyone had experience with this type of job. This is a big national company's HQ so we have to do it right. We have done small jobs of this type but never one with the windows being so larg. Any help would be appreciated.
