Attach face to sign without visible fasteners

We are trying to attach a large face to a cabinet without using screws or velcro. We are trying to find a catch type connection that will hold the face on firmly but will allow for removal with about 2-5 lbs of pull. The cabinet is roughly 5'x3'. Any ideas?
