how to cut out my flatbed prints on gerber sabre 408???

hoping somebody can help us. We have a Gerber Sabre 408 router and a flatbed printer. We are trying to figure out how to cut out our printed flatbed images. I know gerber has gerbercut option but it is around $25,000 to add this to our router. We have tried printing a single registration mark and zeroing out the router at that mark but if our board is even slightly off when loading it doesnt cut accurately.

I would think if we could print a zero out point in each corner and then be able tell the router where those 4 points are it would be able to cut the shapes out. Anybody have experience with this? WOuld highly appreciate any tips and tricks before we go and buy the gerbercut add on option.

please email any advice to chuck@design8studios.com

Thanks in advance
