Curving HDU

I have a job where I need to incise carve a piece of HDU and then fit it to a curved wall. I normally use HDPE or Corian for this type work but can't in this circumstance.

Anyone got any experience with trying to get a piece of 1.5" HDU to fit a curved wall? Any tips?
