This scammer started by contacting us Through a Hearing impaired helpline (or somone posing to be from one) called Relay.
He wanted 80 banners 40 red & 40 blue - with Save the Children
He didnt give me any contact information except an email - when I asked for a phone number he said "it wasnt working right now"
he wouldnt give me any shipping information
all he really wanted was an "Approval Code" after I billed his credit card which he willingly gave me through email ( a veru unsecure method of giving card #s)
He has been on the east coast targeting sign companies before..
Here is an excerpt from his most recent email to me dated:

Thank you very much for the email,i will need them when ever you are able to complete the banners because you are the one going to make it.And about the shipment after i have complete my payment for the banners i wil recommend you to a shipers who will come and pickup them up so you dont have to worry about the shipment i will handle them my self,i will like to know if you were able to charge my credit card for the amount of the banners and if you do so i want you to kindly email me back with the approval code of the credit card so that we can proccess.Thank you
