I have quite a few of these that are brand new never used. I have not counted but probably a couple hundred. I would be willing to make package deal on whole lot.
They can be wall mounted or pole mounted. They can be used on round or square poles.
They are white powder coated
When not in use they hinge down for better appearance.
Some are still boxed in Qty of 10 I believe but quite a few were already opened up and assembled before project was cancelled.
There are NO banners included, this is just for the brackets. Banners that originally came with them were 30" wide x 42" tall useable space
