Maybe it's only of interest in California, one of the two or three states with many ADA lawsuits, but March is approaching very quickly, and I get the feeling that few sign shops or sign designers are ready. I'd suggest going on the Access Board website, at http://www.access-board.gov and downloading the new regulations. Chapter two has the scoping for signs, and Chapter seven has the sign regulations. There are additional sections under elevators, and scattered in a few other places.
You need to change your manufacturing standards now, if you have not been paying attention in the past. You owe it to your clients to be the expert on signs!
