Manufacturers a CNC Auto Bender that will take your prenotched material or flat material and automatically bend the material to the desired shape. The new patented roller designs allow the radius to be bent in one roll forming operation. The CLN 1510 and 2010 produces perfect returns out of coiled stock that are prenotched and flanged with bending instructions in one computerized controlled machine. The 6” and 12” Bender is a vertical bending brake. It allows the operator to bend left or right without flipping the return. The rolling station allows the operator to form perfect radiuses.
