Everybody loves romano -- not to mention mozzarella and provolone. So it's not surprising that this dairy original, American-made, fromage homage is turning heads in West Hollywood, CA. Measuring 80 x 77 ft., the muenster-size mural was produced for a cottage industry, the Milk Advisory Board. The cheese whizzes at SkyTag (Beverly Hills) combined bleu-ribbon design and cream of the crop fabrication, using their |2324| UltraVu 3360EC superwide-format inkjet machine and Clear Focus Imaging Inc.
