Takeform (Medina, NY) is releasing Attend, a line of patient-specific wall signage for hospital settings. The product is intended to alert clinicians to details such as medication safety, infection risks or other restrictions as they enter a patient room. It's available with changeable paper inserts, a notepad, or a dry-erase surface.
