I am not sure what you mean through "Gel Battery"...previously today?...the other Gel Battery?...in that case the Car Battery might not have experienced the required time in order to refresh-these include "drip" Motorcycle Batteries chargers which use an extremely low voltage over a long time period in order to recharge UPS Battery-this really is to protect battery through overheating. In either case,UPS's aren't really created for running much things at 1 period-fans may use a lot of amperage-as can VRLA battery -especially if they're the "aged" CRT-type.UPS's are designed truly to permit you enough time to save your function and correctly shut down your computer or other electronic equipment in the event of an electrical failure or even "sag" (aka brownout)-they also create a barrier in the event of an outburst.Which sounds like a good awfully large fill (assuming it becomes an average size unit-maybe twenty" x 20")...that kind of volt/amp draw may have broken the battery.Let it rest be for two days and allow this to charge up ...after that check it out.
