3M’s Commercial Graphics Div.’s New Product and Technology Development Laboratory Manager for Films, Inks and Illuminated Signage products will help further academic ties
The Signage Foundation Inc. (Washington, DC) has appointed Dr. Mike Kesti to its board of directors, effective January 19, according to Chairman of the Board Ken VonWald.
Dr. Kesti earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and economics from Carleton College (MN) and a doctorate in chemistry from Stanford University. Dr. Kesti has worked for 17 years at 3M in adhesive and product development and commercialization. He has spent the past 10 years in the Commercial Graphics Division’s laboratory, where he’s currently the new product and technology development laboratory manager for films, inks and illuminated-signage products. Dr. Kesti’s hobbies include basketball, triathlons, BBQ and gardening.
VonWald said Dr. Kesti’s talents will help further strategic collaborations with academic institutions.
