Neschen Americas (Elkridge, MD) has hired Mark Rugen, a sign-industry training expert with more than 20 years of training experience, to manage the company’s training and education center. According to Neschen, he’s trained more than 10,000 sign professionals worldwide, which includes industry tradeshows and events. The multi-purpose facility includes a workroom, conference rooms and classroom areas that may expand to accommodate hands-on demonstrations.
