Rainier Industries Ltd. (Seattle) has acquired the Big Print, also Seattle-based, and consolidated operations into the Rainier facility near Seattle.
The Big Print was founded on providing green components used to produce an environmental-product line, then grew to encompass more than materials and ink. The company is recognized for its BioGraphix environmentally sensitive print products. The company also was one of the first in the industry to recycle pre- and post-manufacturing waste and switched to alternative wind energy.
