Company nearly doubles capacity, grows to 300,000+ sq. ft.
Orbus Exhibit & Display Group (Bolingbrook, IL) is announcing the addition of 150,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing capacity. The expansion provides the company with more than 300,000 sq. ft. for such capabilities as CNC-router machining for aluminum and wood substrates, custom welding, fabrication of fabric and extruded structures, and thermoforming for various materials and finishes. The enlarged facility also houses a team of file-preparation and graphics professionals, and six direct-to-fabric and thermal-transfer printers with capacity that exceeds 1,500 sq. ft./hr.
