Weighted, polypropylene-filled blankets absorb petrol spills and leaks in any outdoor conditions
New Pig Corp. (Tipton, PA) is debuting its Pig Oil-Only weighted blanker for capturing outdoor petroleum leaks and spills. The blanker comprises a hydrophobic, polypropylene filter that that absorbs petrol-based liquids but repels water. Its spunbond outer shell is guaranteed to resist UV rays for 12 months, and heavy-duty seams form pockets that maximize coverage and evenly distribute the filler. Ballasts provide additional weight, and grommeted corners allow the blankets to be staked.
