U.S. presence recently expanded
Mutoh (Phoenix) is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2012. Mutoh Industries Ltd. (Tokyo) was founded in 1952 as a manufacturer and distributor of mechanical-drafting products. In the 80s, the company began to develop CAD plotters for the architectural and CAD/CAM industries. Today, the company is known as a manufacturer and distributor of wide-format printers, and has recently expanded its U.S. presence, having added offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and Atlanta.
