Three glossy topcoats designed for floor-graphic protection.
MACtac® (Stow, OH) is adding three PERMACOLOR® overlaminates designed for interior, floor-graphic applications. Offerings include PF6400, a 3.75-mil, textured, clear, polyolefin film with a glossy finish that eliminates glare; PF6500, a 4.3-mil, clear, glossy, calendered PVC film that offers scuff resistance and image clarity for POP and seasonal-retail floor graphics; and, Permacolor RAYZor™, a window and vehicle-wrap film that’s been approved for floor use for up to one year. The 1.5-mil, clear, cast-PVC media reportedly offers easy installation and high-gloss finish. Each topcoat features a clear, acrylic, permanent adhesive, and has been rated for slip resistance in accordance with ASTM C-1028 testing. The films are also offered for protection of wall murals, tradeshow graphics and promotional displays.
