Lord Corp. (Cary, NC) is debuting its Chemlok® 8008 water-based primer and 8212 covercoat adhesive designed for high-performance bonding during the metal-vulcanization process. The low-VOC primer functions with such metals as conventional and phosphated steel, nylon, aluminum and brass, and the adhesives bonds to cold-rolled and phosphated steel and aluminum, among other substrates.
