Four media fulfill diverse applications

LexJet (Sarasota, FL) is introducing four Simple window-graphic films. The products are offerings for signage, POP and retail signage. Choices include:
• Perforated window vinyl, which is designed for see-through, exterior-mounted graphics. The 6-mil vinyl is perforated with 1.6mm holes and offers 60% printable areas. According to the company, the film may be removed up to one year later with no residue. An optically clear, cast laminate is recommended. The film may be printed with solvent and mild-solvent printers;
• Low-tack, clear vinyl, a 3-mil, glossy media designed for UV-cure, solvent- and mild-solvent, printed, indoor or outside-window graphics. LexJet offers the film as a static-cling alternative with reportedly better image quality, longer shelf life, and better compatibility with larger graphics;
• Low-tack, white vinyl, a 3.4-mil, matte surface that’s suited for multicolor logos, and backlit window graphics. The media may be printed with UV-cure, full- or mild-solvent-ink;
• And, removable, 6-mil, pressure-sensitive-adhesive, white vinyl, which may be printed with UV-cure, solvent and mild-solvent processes. The company states its rigidity enables usage for graphics that will be shipped to multiple sites.
