JLG Promotes Milligan, VP Customer Support

JLG Industries Inc. (McConnellsburg, PA), an Oshkosh Corp. company and a manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telescopic material handlers, has promoted Scott Milligan to VP, customer support and aftermarket development for the Americas region. His new role will be focused on expanding JLG Ground Support®, the collective branding for JLG’s customer service and aftermarket programs.
Milligan joined JLG in 2003, as director of sales process, where he played helped improve and develop the use of customer-relationship management tools. Previously, he held positions in sales, service and business development with General Electric and Aggreko. Milligan, who served four years in the U.S. Army, holds a business degree from DePaul University.
