Hybrid Software USA (Langhorne, PA) provides six products for job, print and file management, including FrontDesk OLM, a program for order-lifecycle management. Multiple users can log in online, a feature designed to allow customer-service representatives, production managers and salespeople to use the program simultaneously. Prepress functions allow administrative users to send a file to multiple users for approval in a specific order, with customizable email notifications.

FrontDesk is also available with an optional GoCampaign add-on, which is designed for campaign management in large-scale retail environments.
