Company announces onsite service, extended-warranty plans

Graphtec (Santa Ana, CA) is announcing an extension of the warranty for its FC2250 and FC4200 flatbed vinyl cutters from one to two years upon product registration with the company. Graphtec is also announcing an onsite service program, which will provide onsite technical support rather than forcing customers to ship products to repair centers, and service-agreement choices that allows a one-year extension to the standard warranty to be purchased any time prior to the original agreement’s expiration.
