Hardware simplifies thin-gauge material installation.
Gemini Inc. (Cannon Falls, MN) is introducing its small, acrylic stud blocks designs to aid installation of thin-gauge sign materials. According to the company, the blocks are suitable for use with its acrylic, metal-laminate acrylic or GemLeaf™ metal-leaf-coated, acrylic letters, as well as thin-stroke letters than require flush mounting. The blocks measure ¼ in. wide x 3/16 in. deep, and are threaded for 1/8-in. studs. They may serve as standoffs, or, for sufficiently wide letters, they can be recessed for flush-stud mounted.
