Form GE Lighting Solutions on September 27
GE Lumination and GE Lighting Systems have combined to form a single business, GE Lighting Solutions, as a part of an ongoing effort to reshape the lighting business. The legal and operational combination will be completed September 27.
The customer and technical-service, call-center phone numbers and e-fax, toll-free, order-line numbers will remain the same. For GE Lumination, customer or technical service needs can continue to be directed to (888) 694-3533. The current, external website, www.lumination.com, will also remain unchanged. The new collections contact phone number, as of September 27, is (800) 321-6575.
Also, as of September 27, the new pay-to name is GE Lighting Solutions as indicated on the invoice. Payment and mailing instructions remain the same.
