Media incorporates up to 65% post-consumer material
ConVerd (East Longmeadow, MA) is presenting EnviroScape Mural™ Plus, a Forestry Stewardship Council-certified wallscape alternative to pressure-sensitive vinyl that incorporates 10% post-consumer waste and a water-based, activated adhesive system that, according to the company, allows easy removal. The 6-mil substrate weighs 4.87 oz./sq. yd., and is compatible with solvent-, latex- and UV-curable ink printing. The material meets California 01350 indoor-air standards, a prerequisite for LEED certification, and offers and ASTM E-84 Class A fire rating. The material is available in 150-ft.-long, 42-, 54- or 60-in.-wide rolls.
