Avery Dennison’s Graphic and Reflective-Products division (Painesville, OH) is presenting MPI 2903 glossy and 2923 matte-finish calendered media with the company’s Easy Apply™ air-egress technology, which minimizes wrinkles and bubbles beneath the film’s surface. Other features include an opaque, gray, solvent-based adhesive that reportedly offers permanent adhesion on various substrates; a digitally optimized facestock that enhances color performance, according to Avery; ad access to Avery’s free, online ICC color-profile library. The company offers the material, in 30-, 54- and 60-in. widths. The company recommends the films for floor, POP, wall or window graphics, and the film’s high opacity permits them to cover existing graphics.
