Many sign designers and fabricators can relate to these facetious, yet relevant, vignettes about shifty customers
It's nothing new for clients to try to get off the hook for prompt payment of services rendered. Popeye's friend Wimpy captured the idea with his catchphrase, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today." This certainly isn't meant to imply that all clients are self-obsessed, miserly or clueless, but I've heard more than a few stories from signshops about problem-child customers.
So, take a break for a few moments and have a good laugh at this hilarious video that makes light of how dysfunctional even the most basic transactions would be if every customer tried the tactic many clients take in deferring or avoiding payments to signmakers (or distributors, service providers, etc.). Thanks to SEGD for initially posting this gem on its website.
