The SGIA Expo, sponsored by the Specialty Graphic Imaging Assn., will be held October 13-15, 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The day before the show, October 12, SGIA will present its inaugural Pre-Expo Business Development Conference.
The show will feature five "no-spin, sales-free" zones where questions can be answered and demonstrations will be held: Digital apparel production, PDAA graphics application, industrial application, DSA digital signage, and screenprinted apparel.
Winners of SGIA competitions will be on display. Both the Golden Image (printer members) and Product of the Year (exhibiting companies) awards have a September 24, 2010 deadline. The Tom Frecska Student Awards (named for the late editor of Screen Printing magazine) have a July 30, 2010 deadline.
